Dr. Makhani is very attentive and caring and knowledgeable. His office however is none of that. After my initial visit the medication I was advised to take in July still has not been appropriately made available to my pharmacy. When I asked to speak to Dr. Makhani about this I could not get a phone call from him. The woman who answers his calls speaks so fast it is challenging to figure out how to proceed. When I nicely persisted with questions it was put off with standard answers. These things need to be addressed.

The quality of care I received while in the GI Department at Cedars Sinai waiting for my procedure was awesome. The doctor and his GI team were absolutely AMAZING!
